Technician was prompt on appointment time, very nice and courteous, explained some issues with my system without being pushy and cleaned up my unit nicely. He followed Covid protocol, wore a mask and shoe coverings. I have used Night & Day for quite a few years and have never been disappointed in their standards, and honesty/integrity, which is unfortunately not the norm for some companies nowadays. AZ Perfect has taken incredible care of my AC issues and maintenance. They are super responsive and professional. I had an ongoing mystery problem with my AC and they kept coming back until the mystery was solved and my AC was running perfectly. While they are good to give me options for upgrading my equipment, they are never pushy to try to sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend AZ Perfect Comfort to any and everyone.

Pinon Air is not notch. The company that my warranty company sent to install a new A.C. unit did such a terrible job that after 2 months, I ended up with significant water damage due to improper installation. I hired Pinon Air and paid out of pocket because warranty co. denied my claim and I can't say enough how happy I am with Yogi. He was professional, communicated with me, sent me before and after pictures. Quoted me a price and stuck by that quote even though it took him longer than anticipated to correct the mess. I will continue to use his company.

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.
