After he was done with the maintenance service, he went over everything with my husband of what all he did in very clear and concise terminology. Any questions we had, he answered. He was a pleasure!I, also, wanted to give a kudos to Ann Marie, in customer service, who called to arrange our plumbing maintenance appt. Ann Marie has a pleasant and kind voice. She was very helpful in arranging the appt for us when we couldn’t have them come out today. She got us set up, repeated the appt information and sent a follow up appointment text. So my air handler was making an awful racket for the past week or so. I knew this meant I'd need the Dreaded Air Conditioning Replacement but I wasn't sure who I could trust. Am SO glad I went with TemperaturePro!. The technician on site was courteous and respectful to my family; he explained (in plain English) what was wrong and what was needed. When the time came to make a decision re: which system to install, Robin spent an hour with us walking through the options and the pros/cons of each. It was clear she was looking for the best system for us for the money...and indeed, she recommended that we NOT choose the most expensive option as it didn't make sense for our needs. Their installation crew was amazing -- meticulous, quick, and clean. The work was done in a day, and Robin followed up a few days later to ensure the everything was okay. Truly, truly can't say enough good things about these guys; they've earned my business for life!

I had posted the review earlier in the day. Few hours later, I received a call from the Service Manager, Mr Eduardo Marquez. He was kind and understood the problem and frustration my tenant and I had to face.The company did send another tech who fixed the issue and also promised to refund the charges.In all, the company had fast service and a good resolution team. Thank you Mr Eduardo for resolving the matter.

Just based off of talking to the owner over the phone they get 5 stars. No work has been done yet, but this company really cared about reputation and has gone above to help a potential costumer.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

Velox Air was sent out from my warranty company and after reading some of the reviews I figured right away probably nothing to worry about and that I would have to keep my thumb on the warranty Co....I was absolutely correct. The warranty company took a week to get it's act together then ordered parts to send over to Velox Air. Within one day of receiving the parts we scheduled for next day install and things went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was polite professional and courteous. Thanks for the great service!
