Best Heat Pump Package Systems in Phoenix AZ

I called Goettl for an estimate on a new A/C unit. The customer service is amazing from the customer service team to the technician that came out. The technician David was very kind and thorough with his assessment of my current system and explained what exactly would be replaced and fixed. I’m not giving 5 stars simply because this company gave me the highest estimate out of all the companies I’ve had come out to my home. It appears the people who work for this company are very experienced and you can trust Goettl to handle your needs with top notch service if you can afford their services/products.

Gerardo answered his phone on a Sunday and the unit was installed on Monday a.m. I needed a quick installation in order to close my home on time and they came through. Great customer service and responsiveness! Will use them again for sure!

Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200, and $1600 just to fix this. We were charged just a few hundred. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future IF needed. Thank you so much. PLEASE don't hesitate to use them.

The worst company I have ever worked with, they worked through our warranty company starting on May 14th of this year and the AC only worked for a week at a time and would continuously freeze up, apparently due to low Freon. The technicians basically have damaged the entire unit when they set the shroud back on the external condenser puncturing a hole in the system and the compressor has not worked as of today almost 3 months since the first time Above Par company first attempted to repair the unit. The owner is unprofessional, unresponsive after attempting to contact him with multiple calls, his technicians training is to FaceTime the owner to have him explain how to fix and repair the AC as the technicians are inexperienced and basically our warranty gave up in this company because he has no called no showed for yet another repair after the (7) attempts for repair @ 116° weather Over the past (8) days here in Arizona with zero AC working at the house.
We also own a 175gallon salt water fish tank located inside the house and due to the unmanageable extremely high temperatures above 95° in the house multiple expensive salt water fish have recently died in the tank due to the high temps in the house.
DO NOT go to this company avoid them at all costs. The owner continually tried to up charge with Freon even though we were under warranty with the warranty company . Extremely shady company and they do not understand any HVAC systems. Above Par is also being reported to the ROC and we will be filing a small claims suit.

Ive had a lot of issues with this company... but the one I cant get passed is.. they didnt set up the common wire to my Nest tstat.. just so when the battery died they could get another dollar charging me for that fix. I fixed it myself.. and found shady HVAC companies do this to scam costumers.
