We had some electrical wiring problems that left our living room and kitchen in the dark and on Christmas Eve! And we were hosting Christmas at our house in less than 24 hours! No Christmas tree lights, no light in the dining room, cooking in the dark, ugh. I called several electricians, most didn’t answer their phones, none returned my voicemail. I was about ready to accept that we were going to celebrate Christmas in the dark because none were willing to come out over the holiday weekend, except for Parker and Sons.Scott came out on Christmas Eve and diagnosed that we had a problem with the wires between a couple outlets. He was very professional and was able to get the lights back on! Literally saved Christmas in our home. Thank you!

Highly recommend. Purchased a new AC unit and Scott came by on Tuesday. Spent two hours looking the job over very thoroughly so there would be no surprises. On Saturday Bryan came to install and was great. Very polite, punctual completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. Everything works great and we are very happy. Their driver almost just caused a 4 car accident then he got on the highway and way doing about 100 because he pulled away and was out of sight within seconds. Horrible driver this business should not allow that

I would recommend Scottsdale Air every single time. Back in August, my upstairs unit was not working, I called Scottsdale Air as they were the ones who had done our initial installation and they had done a great job. Dave came and gave a quote. While we were deciding on a day that worked for us, the a/c came back on by itself, so we ended up not getting the repair done. But this past week, the unit stopped working again. When I called Scottsdale Air, Jacob the manager said he would honor the original quote. Dave was the one who came again and instead of just going ahead and installing what we had discussed previously, he did another diagnostic, found a leak, replaced the coil, all at no additional cost inspite of the size of the additional job. The initial job which was to take 2 hours ended up taking almost 6 because he had to go pick another part up, call another technician to help him, and do extra work.Not only that, he made sure that he wore booties inside the house because he noticed that we don't wear shoes inside the house. Every single time he had to go in and out of the house (which was a lot ), he would take them off, put them back on. The Scottsdale Air team is great, especially Dave - all about the customer, very fair in their dealings and you could see that they take pride in the quality of work they do.
