My service technician, Joe, completed the job quickly and took the time to show me some tips on operating my new disposal. ?

This company has taken over doing all my plumbing, AC/Furnace, and electrical. I pay a $20 fee every month and they provide an annual inspection of all my homes plumbing, electrical and AC/Furnace. They have installed a total repipe of both cold and hot water, installed a breaker to my AC and furnace, installed a total home filtration system with Reverse osmosis, even to the refrigerator ice maker and water, and replaced my entire sewer system. I just had them hydro jet the pipes to make sure they were super clean. My house is 53 years old and was not well maintained by previous owners. There is nothing they have not touched or repaired and I am thankful for their knowledge, professionalism and quick turnaround.

Charged me $318 for drain clean that took 30 minutes on one of my rental properties. Also drilled a hole in the metal drain and left jagged edges exposed. Took my credit card ahead of job and never called with a quote to fix. Just did the job and charged me. Was very unhappy with the service and very high price. Wouldn't recommend at all.

I have used Daniel off and on for 5 years. He his the best most honest plumber. I highly recommend this company!

Goettl had great customer service from the people scheduling an appointment, to the technician Jesse that came out to inspect my current 20 year old system and quote an ac replacement. Jesse was a great guy who was right on time to the appointment and was very knowledgeable and professional about ac systems and went over replacement options in a way that was understandable. He was also very courteous and cleaned up any mess that was made during the inspection. Jesse was very friendly with my german shepherd while inside my home. Jhon the project manager gave very thorough hvac replacement options that were easy to understand and supplied a good value quote. I decided to have Goettl replace my ac system rather then their competitors since they have been around awhile and are a reputable company. They were even able to install the system the same day.

Exceptionally bright and kind group of folks. All team players and worked well together to achieve their/our common goal. From Riley to the other three gentlemen today installing today I have nothing except positive excellent behaviors to report. All four were a pleasure to deal with. Would not hesitate to use Parker and Sons again. From Water Heater, HVAC to this latest insulation it has been 100% positive experience. Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

Most of my experience when buying a new AC unit was fine with this company, until I sold my house. The buyer asked about the extended warranty being transferable. When I called these guys to find out, I discovered that only a portion was transferable, which I was never told. I couldn't find anywhere in my paperwork that described this. So they essentially got free money from me that no one will ever get to use. I didn't have time to fight them, so I let it go, but if you're going to go with this company make sure you ask questions and get everything in writing.

Jimmy and his guys are the best. You will not meet better and more polite people to take care of your HVAC needs. Love these guys!
