I've been using AZ Perfect Comfort for a couple years to maintain my AC and heating units. They have always been fair and easy to work with. Parker and Sons are the best. I called their company at 9pm on a Thursday night. The person who picked up the phone was nice and friendly. They showed empathy for my situation. I lost electricity in certain parts of my house. I explained, I needed electricity to work from home. Parker and Sons sent and electrician out by the name of Alex Ortiz first thing the next morning. He was kind and very efficient. He explained what happened and what needed to be done. He did testing to make sure everything was running properly. I can't say or express how happy I am with Parker and Sons. I will definitely use them again.

We had a unit that died on a Saturday morning and got a new unit installed in just 3 days. They even provided a portable unit for those days. Thank you!

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

The worst experience ever.

I met Praveen at a Home Show in Scottsdale. He showed up when he said he would and provided a competitive price for new AC units with air handlers. He delivered them on time and his installers were professional in all respects. My AC usage has declined 45% with these new three stage units. I highly recommend Arizona Air as a trustworthy contractor.

What a joy to work with A Quality HVAC. Our experience was excellent from the first day that John came out and inspected and triaged the issue. Turns out that the condenser has failed in one of our two units. I was given3 options by John all of which he explained very well. We opted to replace the entire unit since it was up there in age. A crew of 3 professionals headed by Steven Martino came out and did an excellent job with the installation. This was verified by John when he came yesterday to inspect the quality of work performed by Steven and crew. All our questions were answered with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
