Scottin spent 4.75 hours here working on leaky toilets and taps. He was extremely professional and courteous. This was the second plumbing company we dealt with as we were not happy with the first and felt like we might have been scammed.Scottin found issues the other guys had not found and we are grateful for his attention to detail.I found small things like wearing booties, having a mat at the door, and keeping his work rags in buckets are all things the other guys didn’t do.It is George Brazil and crew for us forever. Top notch service! Being new to AZ, I did not know who to call. My home warranty sent Nick out with Norfleet Family Plumbing. He was on time and fixed my sinks. He also taught me how to fix one myself when a warranty part arrives soon, and he went above and beyond to inspect my water heater and give me information on what to expect with that. He was quick, and taught me repairs too! For any future needs, Norfleet will be the first and only call. Thanks Nick!

Terrible. Service tech stated would be there within the hour, showed up late. Took him 2 minutes to identify the simple problem and about 30 minutes to fix. Despite being here for only 32 minutes was charged 325$ for a 100$ job. Asked to itemize costs, refused. If my calculations are correct these guys expect to be paid 220$ and hour and hike the price for parts up by 50%.... yet their name is literally “Discount”. Robbery. Called the office and got the same story and additional attitude from “Eric”. Compared himself to Doctors and insurance. Well sir... medical care with insurance is cheaper and than your company and thats to stay alive... gross. Take your needs elsewhere, please save yourself the time and money. Beware.

Response to your response: After 9 is not within the 8oclock hour. Say what you want but I don’t get to show up to show up to my job late and argue I was on time. After the service was completed I didn’t really care how long it took rather I asked for an itemized bill due to the fact while he was doing the work I literally looked up the average cost of the same work (200$) and also looked up all the parts and average pay per hour to help estimate as well. After all this it is a solid FACT your company charges 125-150$ more than the Arizona average AND ALSO all 4 companies in the area I called and asked for an estimate. I told your tech it seemed high prior to the service being completed, he assured me it wasn’t, my facts show that was a lie. I asked for an itemized bill to see how your company came up with the total, I was denied. Everything I have stated in my review and currently are pure facts. The fact your company is arrogant enough to respond with excuses and trying to be little my intelligence is disgusting. Further proves my point. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE EVERYONE! Beware.
