Jeremy was amazing. He really knows his stuff and was able to walk me thru the problems in a detailed way. His scope of knowledge and experience is extensive. Alien AC and heating is a solid company that has great customer service. Ive used them for years and would highly recommend their services.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

The Five Star team is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend them.They installed two systems + thermostats in our home and worked around any issues that came up. I swear they didnt stop once to take a break. The whole team was so courteous and professional and wrapped up everything perfectly! Really good people and we are THRILLED with our new units - super duper quiet and both work like a charm. THANK YOU Five Star!

To say I’m very happy with my new A/C system is an understatement. It was time to replace our 15 year old units. We received several estimates (apples to apples comparison) and the one we received from Troy, from Air Conditioning of Arizona, was by far the most affordable for a high quality A/C unit. Troy was extremely polite and professional. He answered all my questions and did not try to sell me anything we didn’t need. His “no pressure” style and friendly demeanor was refreshing.A special thanks to both A/C Techs, Phil and Eric, not only were they professional, but they were also very friendly and knowledgeable.
