We have used Scottsdale Air for many years and have always been happy with their work; they are professional, reliable, and they don't try to upsell us on things we don't need. They are the only company we use to maintain and repair our heating and cooling systems.

These guys are awesome, very honest and good prices for the parts and labor. They were very helpful with me today replacing a blower motor that was under warranty. Matt did a great job replacing the bad motor first thing in the morning. I appreciate their good attitude, helpfulness and backing up the products they use. We had no air-conditioning and this company came the same day. They showed up during the timeframe that they told us. The gentleman was very professional and fixed our problem quickly.

My air co9nditioner quit working and the technician fixed the problems in a timely manner. The temperature was 107 so time was of the essence. They thoroughly explained the problems and pricing. I will definitely deal with them in the future. They are honest and fair.

After we had audit on our energy usage we had ducting sealed, and insulation in attic and between walls. Green ID's crew was outstanding!! Prompt, polite, and continued working the whole day. They cleaned up when done. We can't wait to see the results from our Electric bill. We feel the results in the house already. We recommend them to all.

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
