HIGHLY RECOMMEND if I could give a 100 stars I would!!! From going in between back & forth with our home warranty to making sure we were taken care of since the very beginning of the whole process!! Tori made sure to answer any questions I may have had when I called and was very kind during this difficult process!! Mike, Tim, and Michael also communicated diligently day after day trying to get both our indoor & outdoor unit replaced for us. After a nearly 3 month battle they got BOTH units approved!!! They've all worked so hard for us & we greatly appreciate it!!!! This family run company is the BEST in the business ? they go above & beyond!! Thank you for all your hard work, our family appreciates y'all from the bottom of our heart!!

I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. And not what would make them more money. Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Alien, you just earned yourself another long term customer. Thanks again Mike!

Patrick Riley sent their Tech Ernest out to trouble shoot my A/C units.While he was looking into the matter he discovered one of my A/C units had worn a hole into the copper line leading to the compressor, he then found that all the freon and oil had escaped.Ernest was very knowledgeable, I could tell he was in his realm and very familiar with what he was doing, He explained what he had to do, before, during and after in a professional manor.The job took several hours to repair, and I was impressed with his ability to work in the heat to complete the job in fast and friendly manner. Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
