Amigo Rooter and Pluming company was great to deal with from start to finish. We received same day service. The service man Eric arrived promptly. He was courteous and very professional. We have used Hobaica for almost ten years to service the HVAC systems of two of our properties. We recently called them to check out a problem with the HVAC system on our second property. Their technician Binh Tran came out to help us and has now serviced both properties for us. He is always a pleasure to work with. He is patient and knowledgeable and explains the pros and cons of any repair options we have to consider if there is a problem with the system. Because of technicians like Binh, we are happy to continue to use Hobaica for all of our HVAC (and now plumbing!) needs.

Goettl did us right and I give Hu & Ra(spelling?) the installers that came and did the installation of our new 3.5 ton air conditioning a high 5 and thanks for the great job. I will use Goettl for my next replacement. Thanks again.

My installers were the best, they explained everything and went above and beyond their services by even fixing my door handle, I am thankful for Gary and Brandon today and because of them, if I need another service I’ll be calling on your company because of them two and or referrals. Second and 3rd trip out were just as pleasant. After troubleshooting a leak, we now have replacement hot water heater. The point important to me is the sincerity exhibited in the service. Shawn would tied delicately to ensure his work was and the customer’s satisfaction were equal. We will call Parker again.We asked that our hot water tank be serviced and to change or evaluate the anode rod. The service person was sincere and helpful. He could have easily changed and charged us for it but instead quoted the price for replacement, checked it, and explained that it wasn’t ready to change. Gave us a timeline as to when we could estimate it would require changing and met this picky woman’s expectations.
