Very prompt and professional company to deal with!

Michael and his crew were great following a major water leak from our water heater. The crew was onsite within 2 hours of the leak happening and were quick to get things dried out. Great experience overall.

They responded right away. Very professional and friendly . They let me know step by step what needed to be done. Very informative and answered any questions I had. They were always checking on us to make sure our family was okay and if there was anything they could assist us. Paul Davis Restoration has a great staff and I would highly recommend them. I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. Extremely unsatisfied with the quality of work and service from my recent master bath mess. They were so quick to rip everything out an start nickel an diming everything. They left a mess after every stage of the project. Poor communication through the entire process. We had to call them every time. I missed work as they'd call an say we're on our way no scheduling in advance. I wanted my project done an I will ensure to never choose DriRite-CMG3 for any housing needs again.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

I highly recommend Arizona Total Home Restoration. My condo got flooded by my upstairs neighbor. My condo is older, so asbestos was found in the joint compound. Nathan, Company President, and his team came in and answered all my questions (which were a lot). They did a phenomenal job on the asbestos abatement demolition. They were even able to help identify other issues that were uncovered once demolition was complete (e.g. different drain pipe leak). I am so thankful for their help!
