Best Building Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

I will be relying on this company in the future.

Purchased a new unit in November, 2021. They came out to do an inspection last week since we were just starting to use it and want to ensure all was working well. Jonathan was on-time, professional and checked everything out. Prior to going with Comfort One for our new unit, we received bids from several other companies and they were the best in price and responsiveness. Locally owned and operated...only way to go. Give them a try, you WON'T be disappointed.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

The Service Man that came out was Polite and courteous, he Explained every detail that needed to be Fixed for the Heat to start Flowing again. This Company will also Work with you, to put your Mind at Ease. Yes I would call this Company out again.

Aguilar AC did a great job. They got to my home within an hour, and within 30 minutes had my AC working again even though it was 9:30p at night. Thank you for your professionalism and being more responsive and faster than the name brand places. I will definitely be using you for annual AC checkups.

Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.

I chose this company based on reviews I can say they have earned every star and a customer for life. I had a new Ameristar package unit (basically a Trane unit) installed a month ago Phil was great he is sure knows his stuff I had a lot of questions one question at the start of the day was how long has he been doing air conditioning he said he has been in the business for over 20 years. After the installation and still a month later he did an amazing job the 20 years of experience really shows. It looks way better than my old unit ever looked and all my rooms are now the same temperature NO MORE HOT SPOTS I truly believe this company is the one for everyone in Arizona as it was for me. First call made to request an estimate on repairing a large commercial 7.5hp ventilation fan. Was told the service manager would call me back. No response. Second call, they ask me who I spoke to(idk a csr person??) they check to see if they have any information on what I'm calling about... And then they get back to me and say they're sorry, they're not taking any new customers right now at this time of the year. It is only April it's been in the '80s barely '90s. This is Phoenix. Seriously.

Multiple Problems After Install/Sloppy

They were the cheapest of their competitors, and they got the job done within a quick time frame. Beyond that, its been bad.
-after a $500 Sunday morning plumber fee, then another snake fee of about $150, we discovered PHX Air Dept had dropped a piece of PVC from their job in our sewer line. When we called them to report it and ask for compensation, they fought us on it and then only paid a fraction of the costs. Even though the entirety of our plumbing problem was their fault
-on their job they weren’t careful when navigating the attic and stepped on our can light causing a huge hole in the ceiling (to their credit they did fix this a few days later)
- months later we noticed a water leak out of that same can light after a bad storm; called a roofer who noted the seal around our AC unit is weak, they didn’t use a critical piece under the unit, and the general appearance of the AC unit install was messy; this repair is costing ANOTHER $500
PHX Air Dept was quick and cheap, unless you factor in the multitude of problems you’re setting up for down the road.

Great people and customer service skills

Not something that was normal.

The law would describe their employees driving as wreckless. I will describe it as out to kill somebody. Watch yourself whenever these guys are around.

We really appreciated the ease of setting appointment to getting our wine cellar inspected. Professional service! Will definitely continue to use their services.
