Our AC started blowing warm air. We called Comfort One and they came out so quickly and had it fixed in no time. Our tech was so kind, answered ALL of our questions, and explained things so well!

Everything seemed to go okay until the end of the visit when they try to sell us on a simple $65 capacitor for over $250. Which then was just a sales tactic to try and get us to get a maintenance plan for our unit.

Pretty disappointed honestly... they didn't enter the Attic fully to check the duct work properly. (Which was the main reason for our call for air balancing)

Much less expensive competitors for what was provided on evaluation.

Efficient service and reassured that my air conditioning is in top shape. Added air scrubber to reduce allergens and pollutants in the house.

Very happy with Howard Air. Technician arrived when expected and did not rush. He took the time to diagnose the issue I was having with my heater and explained everything clearly to me. I would definitely use Howard Air again and I would highly recommend them. Great company!

Aguilar A/C & Heating were great. Family business father and son showed up quick first thing in the morning day after I contacted them. Fixed all the problems I had going on blower fan issue and water draining issue. Really honest down to earth company saved me lots of money before my problems got worse. I did contact them because they had the same last name as me. Turned out to be probably the best decision I made. I highly recommend This company. Your for sure to get the best service possible.

I absolutely loved my experience with this wonderful company! Troy and his team were exceptionally professional and courteous. From the moments when they arrived to install my new HVAC and insulation, I knew everything was in good hands and would be taken care of without issue. Phil, Jesus, and Kevin were very patient and helpful, and performed excellent work on our ducts, attic, and roof. Samantha and Kim provided friendly assistance for all of the administrative matters both before and after the install. I highly recommend this company!

I can’t wait express my gratitude enough for Thaddeus and PHOENIX AIR DEPARTMENT, I noticed my A/C not working, with the temperature In my house now rising I began to panic. I called PHOENIX AIR DEPARTMENT and within 30 min Thaddeus was at my door and began to work on my unit. Not even 30 min later he had found the problem and got me up and running. Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
