I don't recall the names of the people that came out to fix my ductwork and other issues. But, they did a fantastic job.
Steve (who reviewed the work and serviced my HVAC) also did a fantastic job.

During our discussion, the tech advised us that usually late December through January, the manufacturers offer their best yearly discounts. Following his advice, we had our units replaced at a SIGNIFICANT discount to earlier in the year. AZ Perfect Comfort showed them selves to have OUR best interests at heart - how often can you say THAT about an HVAC company! Thanks to John, Robin & their crew. They've proven they deserve to be the ONLY HVAC company in my cellphone!

Very professional, listen and answer our questions

Our AC was in need of repair, Christopher was on time and with a professional attitude. He was able to answer all of our questions and helped us to feel at ease with the repairs needed.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!
