Best Service in Phoenix AZ

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

Father's Day morning we call with our AC not blowing cold air; he was here in less than two hours and fixed our problem in a professional manner and an unbeatable price! He is our new AC person! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Units work better than expected in San Diego where we have moderate humidity levels in the hot months. Wish they were easier to regulate though. When the ambient humidity levels are high they shed water into the duct system, when the ambient humidity levels are low they dry up and stop cooling. These changes occur daily in San Diego so the units require constant monitoring. Otherwise they work great.

It was a tremendous kind of service in handling the HVAC air conditioning repair. I was humbled and grateful to the repairman sent by the company for me. He proved everything to me that helped him to achieve the repair service. Indeed, I realized that he was quite qualifying in this kind of field. Even if there was a little problem while he was doing the process, he managed to make it fixed in the end. Good job!

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
