Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.

Units work better than expected in San Diego where we have moderate humidity levels in the hot months. Wish they were easier to regulate though. When the ambient humidity levels are high they shed water into the duct system, when the ambient humidity levels are low they dry up and stop cooling. These changes occur daily in San Diego so the units require constant monitoring. Otherwise they work great.

It was Jackson's services that I was able to get from this HVAC repair company for my furnace repair needs, and I'm happy because he was able to do it very well. He was truly a masterful technician because he managed to fix my unit's problem, and I'm surprised because he was able to finish it right on time. I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. My AC problem was quickly identified. Before calling Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, I called my home warranty company, and they sent someone who couldn't find the problem. I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix AC and Heating Experts and their excellent service.
