Where do I start…..this review is long overdue and we are so grateful to Phoenix Air Department. Never in the three years we lived in this house have we said out loud “its cold!” Now, thanks to Thaddeus and his team we do! We hired them to replace the heating/cooling system in our attic (ie tight space) needless to say it was not an easy job but they made it seem effortless. Not only did they do quality work, they were efficient and very polite. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an entire new AC system you will not be disappointed. Their customer service is top notch! Thank you Thaddeus, Andrew, Thomas and Jake for upgrading us and keeping us cold for these hot Arizona summers!

I rarely write reviews but Cody and his team at Great State saved us when our ancient AC system died on us at the end of the summer. Within hours they had completely upgraded our extremely loud and inefficient 1970’s system and brought it up to code with a much safer and quieter unit. We have since noticed a significant drop in our monthly AC bill and our AC no longer sounds like a B-52 taking off when it starts up! Cody and his team went above and beyond in keeping our home clean as they worked and were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

Truck 235 cut me off on Grand.He was in the right lane and decided to switch lanes all fast and cut me off.
