My AC kicked the bucket. Had Icon come out, let me know what was up. Decided to replace the whole system. They gave me three estimates on different options. Unfortunately, I had to wait to save up money longer than I initially expected, but they honored their original estimate when I was finally ready to pay and get started. Their techs are world-class. Text us on the estimates, updates on options and everything. They notified us immediately about everything.

I even reached out to them weeks later to recommend a trustworthy insulation installer because I don’t really have good references. That’s how much I trust them to give me accurate info. They did a great job and a great price and always with professional service. They’re my go-to for my AC needs.

AC went out this morning in the office, 110° today, one call and Manny was here in a couple of hours to get us back up and cooled off. Great attitude and excellent service! I highly recommend A Quality HVAC Services.

Somehow I feel ripped off by this company. It feels like their business model is to take the money for service fee and never fix your appliance. I called them to fix my refrigerator. They sent a rocky that told me that I need a new compressor but he's not qualify to do the job and to call the office for a estimate. He charged me $65 and left. When I called the office the estimate has around $400 just for labor plus parts. So total around $700. $400 for maximum one hour of labor sounds to much for me. I decided to by another refrigerator new refrigerator for $1000.

It was super easy to setup an appointment and our tech showed up on-time was very informative and friendly. We would for sure call them again with any issues!

I am so impressed with Semper Fi. It starts with the women at the office. They all answer the phone with how can I make you smile today? That in itself makes me smile. Everyone I have spoken with is knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. When they tell you the technician will be at your home at 8:30 am - they will be there. If they give you a time period 10 am to 1 pm,they will be there during that time periodThe salesman Josh was not pushy. at all. He helped me make the decision to replace a 20 year old unit by being realistic and recommending the unit I needed for my home and the benefits - like a lower SRP bill. I also feel Josh gave me the best deal possible.The installation technicians Keith and Alan were incredible. They arrived on time, stopped only for a 20 minutes lunch break and worked steadily for 9 + hours. They worked very well together and were polite and pleasant to me. And they cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside.After the installation I called the office to ask for a little more training on the thermostat and mentioned I thought the unit was very loud when it kicked in. No problem. They scheduled Miquel, the installation manager to come to my home today Friday,August 5. He came out and gave me a few more tips on how to use the thermostat and then determined the filter was creating a lot of the sound I was hearing,which it was, and also felt the duct work should be extended. He insisted on doing the work today. Miquel called someone at his office and asked him to bring the items he needed to my home,which he did. Miquel did a fantastic job because now, I can barely tell the unit is working.Andrew and Tito showed up to do the final touches and they were very nice and completed the job.I can not be more impressed with how all of the Semper Fi staff have handled my installation. Everything has been seamless because,I believe,they work together to take care of the customer. I even received a phone call that the unit had been registered so if there is an issue with the unit, the warranty is in effect. Fantastic organization. They have their act together. I will recommend to everyone I know. This has been a great experience. Could not have been better. Highly recommend.

I have had solar panels installed from them for over year now and am very happy with the cost. Also you get a app that tells you how much your panels are are making. Eugene the owner was very helpful with every thing. Its a small local company so give them a chance.
