Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I used PHX for some maintenance and small repairs about a year ago based on a recommendation from a friend. This summer I had 2 AC units break down within a day of each other on a holiday weekend. I got a quote from PHX air and from a major competitor. PHX air was not only significantly less expensive, but they took the time to explain some options and were extremely thorough in their diagnosis. They were on time, finished what they started, and made other adjustments to help balance our home’s air flow. The install team was awesome and took care of our home like it was their own. I had some questions after and they were quick to respond. Overall they were extremely responsive, helpful, a great value, and professional. Our HVAC system has NEVER worked better! I recommended them to another friend and they knocked it out of the park for them as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Word of mouth offers the BEST quality and value. I was referred to Prestige by a Little League Baseball friend. (The owner live across the valley and is a complete stranger to our LL) I would recommend Prestige to ANYBODY if they needed a fast, value focused, and professional service. The only drawback I can think of... is that it is Phoenix, and in August when our system went out, he didn't have enough techs to schedule the (complete) system install for a couple of days. So, he (owner/operator) took on more jobs himself in the days preceding to schedule us properly and was on-site to rescue us from 110* weather.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

LAYCO installed a mini-split heat pump (a/c with electric heat.) The service was completed on time and the unit works great. Thanks for the great service! Would definitely recommend Layco!

Technician came out and was here for less than 30 minutes he applied a couple strips of tape and left . I get a bill a couple weeks later for over $200. I asked for clarification never received a response. I had to call in and spoke to Sierra she was very rude in my opinion and condescending. I was never told about any $100 trip charge or anything else at the time of booking the service. The tech claims he was trying to reach me and He called once and I was home all day. Sierra was very dismissive, no empathy, very poor customer service. She Interrupted and rushed me off the phone. She even told me the president would tell me the same thing she told me. I said great so have them call me then. She is rude! Her tone was very dismissive and condescending.on my bill it showed notes the tech called ahead by 30 minutes. I checked my call log the tech called at 1201 pm. I spoke to Dispatch at 1225 pm and the tech had not yet arrived. I was billed all labor no parts or anything were replaced. Sierra lied and said my bill does not say anything about tape. I found the invoice it does say the tech used some tape and left. According to Sierra I was billed from about 1145 am until after 1pm but the tech didn't even arrive until after 1225 I spoke to Dispatch at that time and the tech was not here yet

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Do not use. They didn’t show up and called towards the end of the day to tell me they won’t make it and they be there first thing the next morning. Didn’t show up until 1130a to tell me the service call is $65 but the tech didn’t have the right equipment to diagnose the A/C. Said they would be out the next day. Didn’t show up again until later to tell me it’s another $150 to try and find the problem. Eventually find the problem asked for $215 and a/c is not fixed. Tried to call, text and email only to get very slow responses if any. It’s been almost a week and my ac is not fixed. They then said my warranty is no longer valid and this will cost me $1500 to fix. Asked for an invoice so I could see what I’m paying for which took a couple of days just
To get this and it was poorly written and very vague. I would not trust this company to come out again nor should you. I’m out $215 but would rather use someone else then deal with these guys.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in mesa and use these guys for all of my boiler services and other plumbing needs. They're very professional do good work and show up when they're scheduled. Would recommend them to any of my colleagues

Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.

Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate.
