I had a bad installation on my ac, so it was rather upsetting that after 5 yrs my ac had a broken coil. Joshua diagnosed it and bandaid fixed it, until we can get the replacement part and fix it right. I am delighted that he came out within a half of an hour of calling him. I know he is going to do the job correctly and make sure we don't have to suffer while waiting for a part.

The proposed replacing a control board, with the assurance that if it was not a problem, I wouldn't be charged. I...never heard of that before! It turned out the problem was properly diagnosed and were in and out of my place in under an hour.

David, the owner, was very accountable and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. He even came out on a Saturday in order to address an issue that came up after initial work was completed the day before, and fixed the issue on his own. His team even came back up to re-blow the insulation after he had stepped through the attic, triple check everything, and add finishing touches. It is inevitable that issues may come up any time house work is being done, but what is important is how the company resolves them. Green ID demonstrated a high level of integrity and expediency in resolving and I feel good about the work they've done. Tech Paul came to my house. They showed up same day, even a few hours early which was super nice before the hot part of the day started. I would definitely recommend SWM, much more personable and affordable than Chas Roberts.

I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.

Worlock AC Heating was so quick and efficient getting out to our home to check out our air conditioner that was not cooling. Despite it being the Memorial weekend, they were at our doorstop within 1 hour! Bill Worlock, owner, explained the problem in easy to understand words. 1st class service and would highly recommend! I have already recommended to someone and they hired Worlock as well and are currently cooling in their home in this extremely high summer heat!
