Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

This is one of the top air conditioning companies in the industry. These are the people who understand how to install and use air conditioning systems. For the past three years, I've relied on their assistance, and they've always been available to answer my questions and offer sound advice.

I got estimates from several companies and this was the one I chose based on the initial consultation with one of the owners. He had solutions to our hot spot issues and seemed more knowledgeable than any of the other companies. I initially wanted a Trane unit and due to supply issues we ended up going with a BOSCH unit. Very pleased with it so far. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new AC unit!

Certify HVAC was recommended to us by a neighbor who had a new system installed last year.
Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
He is very polite, very honest, and will be our only HVAC person to call for future HVAC needs!!

Our A/C didn't seem to be cooling upstairs. Called AAJ first thing in the morning and left a message. Received a call back and said they could come by today. DJ showed up very nice and respectful. Asked what was wrong, I told him. He checked the air flow, the filters. Ran a cool test mode and explained to me how to run the system. Very satisfied.

While AC tech that came in was awesome trying to fix original installers poor job, company manager and owners do not care and have no pride in what company delivers
