Best Maintenance Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

I'm sure they normally don't forget to put orders in, but in my case I called with an urgent order that needed to be done the next day, they said no problem by 11 or 12. I go to pick it up at 3pm and that's when I'm informed that the gentleman forgot to put my order in so my drain pan never got made...they did try their best to remedy the situation by calling other vendors, unfortunately it was for a tour group that was only going to be in town that one night. So just make sure you double check on your order to make sure it made it to the shop floor.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

This company is excellent! They were able to get my AC up and running quickly, even though we had an issue with the first contractor. Today Air Conditioning of Arizona was working at my home and I was so impressed of how professional and respectful of my home they were. They were so friendly with my daughter and were very mindful to let me know what they were doing. My husband is the one who found the company and lined everything up with them and he had nothing but great things to say about company as well. They even completely cleaned up after themselves which is a huge plus in my books!

I needed a very specific piece for my range and appliance repair bros helped me order it and overnight it. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with my request! I would definitely contact them again for other needs.

Our ac stopped working at 11:30 pm. My husband called at least 6 places until he got a hold of DS. It was late on a Friday night but someone still answered the phone, and willing to help. They were at our house to fix it in less than 30 min. The guy was honest, and had our ac back up and running in no time. I highly recommend Desert State!
