I shopped around for an annual service check for our heat pump split system. Liked the company philosophy of service to their customers. KJ's could come that day. Leonard was early, too. Polite and knowledgeable, he spent about 90 minutes going through the check points explaining all the readings. I am well satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Zeke is very knowledgeable and presents the facts based on his professional training through TRANE; not an opinion or partial untruth. He became our 2nd consultation and maintenance service techician because the first tech from Merlin's AC & Plumbing presented such obscure and ridiculous results of his findings.
So, any individual who reads this review, my advice is do not always believe a certified AC company or technician no matter how nice and friendly they present themselves and that their advice or professional opinions are really truth and facts.

Jose and his crew are top notch! Great customer service from the initial request all the way to the end of the install. Jose keeps you updated through the whole process with pictures/ videos and educates you on your HVAC needs. He is punctual, professional, and does very clean work. Very great price for a new heat pump system when compared to other quotes. Will definitely be using him for my other unit when it dies and my yearly maintenance needs. He might be a small business but it doesn’t stop him from delivering the best customer experience possible.

UPDATE: They refunded me.

The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing.
They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me.
Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!

Great experience. Showed up early to install valve and hook up new gas cooktop installed previous day. Thorough, professional, and very competent service. Plan to use them for all futre plumbing, HVAC, and electrical needs.

I wish I could give them more stars.I love this company. They have a two hour window for service! Not the usual wrap like We'll get there when we get there.They installed a new AC system in my house a few years ago. The price was reasonable and the technicians were total professionals. Ive had zero issues with the new system since.The technicians kept me informed every step of the process.They even wear shoe covers to keep your floors clean .Today I had my AC system serviced by their technician Adnan; Who called and texted me his photo before he arrived. Very nice...Adnan showed up on time, serviced my AC system in a timely manner. Adnan had all the paperwork in a digital format including payment on a portable tablet. A very pleasant, easy, experience. By the way, I used to work for an HVAC company so I know outstanding service when I see it.
