Best Commercial Hvac System in Phoenix AZ

I’ve used Eric for years. He has always been dependable, extremely professional and fairly priced. I’ve been forced to use or deal with other companies for work and there is no comparison. Thomas Home Comfort is the only choice.

I needed a plumber. My toilet wasn't flushing and was coming up in my shower. Marlin came out, charged me $89.95 told me I needed a new toilet and that would be about $500. They, of course, would apply that initial charge to my service. Fortunately for me, I knew a toilet and installation shouldn't cost that much and told them no thanks. Walked away $90 poorer. I get a real plumber out and turns out my toilet is just fine. I have roots in my line. I tried to call Marlin and have them refund my $90, but they stated that Steven tells everyone that calls that it is $89.95 to come out and look for the service charge. Except I have a problem with that. Steven didn't tell me that. For that price, I would have gone with another company. In fact, I did after the Marlin plumber couldn't even take the time to properly diagnose my issue. It was $69 to come out and the plumber took the time necessary to thoroughly assess the repair.
Bottom line - In my opinion, Marlin does not care about you or your plumbing issues...only getting their $89.95 and whatever other cash they can get you to cough up. I mean really? $500 for a toilet?!?

Good work good prices professional staff and easy to work with. I have use them for AC repair AC preventative maintenance and AC deducting.

Lyle came out to give us a 6 month AC check up. He called me 20 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he was prompt in his arrival. This is our second time using the company and they’ve always been very professional. Not only was Lyle nice but I also felt very comfortable around him, which is huge in general when a stranger is entering your home. He was very thorough in his explanations of our AC units condition and even provided some additional recommendations for upkeep that I could get from Home Depot. Never once did I feel like he was trying to up sell me on anything I didn’t need which was very nice.As an additional little tidbit of info I always appreciate them wearing the blue slip covers over their shoes when entering the home. I personally hate shoes in the house so it’s a nice touch.

Your driver in van #003 at 4:00pm on 3/6/2022 is going to kill somebody on the road. Watched him fly across multiple lanes and the GORE POINT to make an exit that he was absolutely past the point of making.He also chipped my windshield from all the debris in the gore area he kicked up, so thanks for that.

They did a great Job! Worked steadily and efficiently and cleaned up after they were done. Phil worked with me to get the wi-fi connected even though the directions from the manufacturer were not as clear as they could have been. Overall a great Job!

Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.

These guys seem to be as good as advertised in the reviews. Sal was excellent, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend.

Josh was excellent! He took the time to troubleshoot issues with my AC unit and did not try to sell me something I did not need. VERY HONEST!

I don't typically write reviews, but after my experience with Velox I had to! Everything was great from start to finish. The administrative staff were friendly and patient and helped walk me through all of my questions. The tech that came out to help was professional and thourough. They got everything back up and running quickly, and again, answered any follow up questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone out looking for an AC company! it was fixed and were super Affordable!

Our ac went out at 1am this past weekend after calling around to alot of ac companies with no reponse Nathan responded 15min after I left a voice message and was at my house within 20min later and saved us from sleeping in a hot home. I will forever be greatful for his amazing fast response.
