Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

Pathetic service ever, they don’t show up on the appointments days (multiple times). The work is pending for months, have been calling them since months to fix the HVAC system and now the heater(yes does not even work and its already freezing in the morning hours), they just don’t show up. They have their service contract with Lennox HVAC, which even sucks further!

SMW responds quickly, and Paul is always very knowledgeable and friendly. We trust his judgment and opinion on work that needs to be done.

We were impressed with Hector. He has the ability to communicate which we appreciated. He suggested we consider replacing the 12 year old motor in order to avoid overheating and failure to function. We requested a quote on the cost which we received later the same day. We are glad that Hector will be making the installation. We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
