I needed a very specific piece for my range and appliance repair bros helped me order it and overnight it. They were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with my request! I would definitely contact them again for other needs.

Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

I was going to give a one star because the last tech that came to my house did not even bother doing the job. This tech did an outstanding job inspecting my furnace. This tech deserve a five star.

We have had a number of good experiences with Scottsdale Air. Each time, the technician arrived on time. He clearly explains what work is needed.

We had a pre-summer maintenance check of the AC units. The technician remembered the previous visit and made sure to review what had been done.

Most recently, the company installed missing vents. They are very honest, honored the quote they gave us -- even when the job became more complicated then they had originally thought. We greatly appreciate the good service.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!

My heating system wasn’t working just my AC. Aidan came out looked over everything in great detail. All I needed was just a new thermostat after careful examination. He was fast and thorough with everything. Probably one of the most professional genuine individuals I’ve had assist me with my home. We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
