These folks are always timely and courteous. They have saved me a lot of money doing what they can to fix problems without spending more than necessary.

I had a leak coming from my ac because the water line was plugged up. I don’t know much about fixing things so I gave Tom a call and he it fixed the problem and showed me how to do it so when it happens again, I’m prepared. Tom is very quick and efficient. Mountainside air is my HVAC company. Thank you, Tom.

Derek is exceptional! We had no hot water in our home. We called Derek and he came the same day and provided an estimate and explained the entire process to me. He even came a second time to explain the work that needed to be done to my husband (he was not home the first time). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix our boiler system so we could get hot water back in the home right away.

A couple years ago. Middle of summer. About 6 in the evening. What every homeowner in Arizona dreads coming home to after a day of work. AC not turning on. I called Dave Martin, owner of Mountain A/C, and I described what was going on. I had zero expectation of anything happening that evening, I figured he would try to help when he had time the next day. To my shock, he came over to my house after a full day of climbing in hot attics and roofs. The kindness he portrayed was very touching. I would very highly recommend Mountain A/C to anyone in the Phoenix metro area looking for AC repair, servicing or replacement.

The installer did not install a thermostat that had a common wire which our unit required and also left some wire not connected or connected inappropriately. The was discovered after we found the heater was not working even after the installer came back out to fix the issue - he was not able to fix the issue and eventually told us to contact a different company refusing to come back out. After calling a new company an appropriate thermostat was installed, wires were connected appropriate and the unit is working as it should.

This company went well above and beyond what I expected in friendliness, service and installation. They were willing to answer all of my questions and were honest and up front about their service. Watching them install an air conditioner and heater allowed me to see the pride they take in their work and in making sure it is done right.

This review is from todays routine maintenance but for some reason added to my original review of the installation of new system..I still give high praise to the company and their staff.. The service tech was friendly, patient and answered all questions..From the initial phone call to the estimate to the installation of our heat pump everyone was professional, thorough and prompt. Michael's evaluation and estimate was so thorough he found a filter we were not aware of. In the five years living in this house we had service calls and multiple repairs/issues yet no one ever mentioned that filter. We also had 2 other estimates for this new unit and no one mentioned it or the fact that our circuit breaker box was good (upgraded 3 1/2 years ago) but the guage of wire from it to the new 3.5 ton heat pump was small and needed to be replaced. (All 3 estimates were on the same heat pump, not something comparable.Day of installation Louis, Drew and Michael all arrived when we were told they would, Michael and Drew mostly focused on removal and installation of heat pump while Louis focused on the wiring and getting it to the heat pump from the breaker box. He was like an artist in his workmanship and installing it to our newly stuccoed home. We so appreciate the care he took. When the crane arrived it was all hands on deck, very efficient and quite impressive.They were all approachable and answered questions when asked and afterward Drew and Louis reviewed things and went over the new thermostat. This company is outstanding. Thank you Garrett, Michael, Drew and Louis for such a FANTASTIC job and such attention to detail. We could not be more pleased.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Called walker plumbing and hvac after waking up to my ac broken and home at 90 decrees with 3 kids in it at 5:00am, Home warranty couldn’t get someone out for almost a week.. the tech Jose was on site by 630 and home was at 79 degrees by 8am. Thanks walker plumbing for awesome and quick emergency repair.

Had a new split system unit installed yesterday on a home I purchased a few months ago. Couldn't be happier w the service and quality of work. Green ID definitely went above and beyond. I had to leave my girlfriend home while they were doing the install, and at first was a little hesitant to not be around to check on the work. When I got home and looked everything over I was impressed! These guys definitely know what they are doing, and not like many other contractors I've worked with they left the place cleaner then when they got here!!! Would highly recommend.

William is great! I have had him at my home over the past  few years and he clearly explains what the problem is, ways to fix it and what to do to avoid him coming back out.

Editing my original review after having some time to connect with the GM Wayne and discuss some concerns. We each had conversations to voice our concerns and ultimately, He went to bat for my concerns and wanted to do whatever he could to keep my business. This showed me a lot considering running an AC business in Arizona is like selling water to a thirsty man - AC is such a necessary part of Arizona life. But it also showed me that I should also highlight a ton of the excellent that SMW has done for me over the years vs a 1 time hiccup.I have trusted this company with thousands of dollars worth of HVAC work ranging from repairing a system, replacing a system, decommissioning old ductwork and replacing with flex ductwork and everything has been top notch stellar work. My home cools much better than when we bought it and the system has been as rock solid as it can be in the desert. All of these repairs were beyond fair in price and most of all, they were one of the few companies willing to take the complex install at my house.I never hesitate to give SMW out to my friends and colleagues and will continue to talk about my experiences in a very positive light. If you want a competitive local company that's a nice change of pace from the bigger box brands, give SMW a call.

Knowledgeable, Friendly, No Pressure Sales

Andrew's has exceptional plumber's! very informative and helpful.Had some issues with the restrooms in my faciity and Matt M. helped us out. Service was quick and he was very professional.Will always recommend going forward.

Do not use. They didn’t show up and called towards the end of the day to tell me they won’t make it and they be there first thing the next morning. Didn’t show up until 1130a to tell me the service call is $65 but the tech didn’t have the right equipment to diagnose the A/C. Said they would be out the next day. Didn’t show up again until later to tell me it’s another $150 to try and find the problem. Eventually find the problem asked for $215 and a/c is not fixed. Tried to call, text and email only to get very slow responses if any. It’s been almost a week and my ac is not fixed. They then said my warranty is no longer valid and this will cost me $1500 to fix. Asked for an invoice so I could see what I’m paying for which took a couple of days just
To get this and it was poorly written and very vague. I would not trust this company to come out again nor should you. I’m out $215 but would rather use someone else then deal with these guys.
