Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

Very smooth installation, working closely with our interior architect/designer. The first service was also professionally undertaken with the engineer providing advice on getting the best from the installation. We are very impressed

Pro skill replaced our heater and air conditioner. They did a wonderful job! The team were all very kind and they were diligent about cleaning up any mess that was made during the process. We have been impressed every time we have used their services.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. Great company! I’ve had them come out 3 times and each time they solved my issues quickly and even brought attention to things I had no idea of! The job is obviously a very dirty job and while working a huge mess was made but they cleaned up super well! Wouldn’t choose any other plumbing company, these guys know what they are doing.

Such a good experience at a bad time. A/C blower went out. Home warranty repair was going to take way too long. Got cash from home warranty company and used the guys at Prestige instead. Best decision I’ve made in a long time.

Had my ac replaced by andrews refrigeration, technicians are knowledgeable and had my new unit installed and running in a few hours. Referred them to my family and had their old unit swapped out for new energy-efficient ac units.
