Scott is a good man! He really cares about his customers. My family has known and used him on our residential air conditioning needs, as well as our office building in Scottsdale airpark. Scott treats us more like a friend than a customer. Just a few days ago, my refrigeration unit stopped working at 8 at night, I called Scott's office and before I left my message, I got a call from Scott. Even though it was late and he couldn't come out that night, he assured me that he would be out in the morning to assess our situation.The next morning he was here and gave me his recommendation and gave me some ideas on how to proceed. This was an emergency, and his price was fair. I agreed on the price, and Scott had his guys out that same day to get our a/c back up and running!His guys (Dean and his partner) were professional and respectful. Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

I worked at Imcor in the 90's in their Las Vegas Office. Interstate Mechanical Corporation (formally Karber A/C&heating), is by far the BEST mechanical contractor I've ever worked for. Rick, (Merle Karber Sr.) President at that time, and Jerry Reid, Vice President at that time ran a tite ship and I'm still Positive they do to this day, especially since Ricks son (Merle Karber Jr.) is the man in charge. Their P.R. is exceptional, and their dedication to their men in the feild is awesome. I have'nt worked there for a number of years, but I'm positive the company is still being ran, and business is ran in the same fashion. I'd still be there today, but i suffered a personal tragedy (my wife was killed in an automobile accident, and she was pregnant at the time) and IMCOR and every employee stood by me through the whole ordeal, and I'll be forever in their debt. I took a downhill dive after that incident and eventually left. That was the biggest mistake I ever made in my life. To those of you that are considering work, contracting, or any involvement with IMCOR, if youre 'shopping around' for an company, stop here, shop no more because you found the best there is. you will not find the dedication this company has in the full spectrum of their work. A-rated is an incredible ac business! Their employees were responsive, respectful, on time, and explained the cause and solution to our problem well. The price was more than reasonable especially since they were able to help us quickly.

They were on time! Which is my main thing - very friendly and respectful to my home.
Also, very knowledgeable; atleast to what I thought I knew. Haha.

They really didn’t try to upsell me either which personally I like. Just told me my options and let me choose.

If you want a company that is reliable, knowledgeable, cares about their customers, and is reasonably priced, than this is the company for you.

They came and did work that charge was beyond belief. Smell in bathroom was bad. First time out was a two hour charge. Smell did not leave. They came back out and charged 9.5 hrs. They did smoke test and two toilet rings. The two toilet rings was 50 dollars! So a smoke test and two rings approached 800.00! So i believe they took advantage of my girlfriends kindness. To say a total of almost 1000 dollars for a smoke test and replace 2 toilet wax rings is beyond fair. Sad fact

Would like to add further insight. There customer service has matched their job quality. For them to provide an itemized receipt showing line by line exactly hours and service provided has been an up hill battle. About the only thing they have requested, outside of money is this review be deleted. Just sounds wierd to me. Please whoever does read this review ask why all the negative reviews have very similar ideas in them. Have a nice day.

Great people and customer service skills

Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!

I wish I could give these guys a review on how well they did, but I am unable to get anyone out to my house. They told me they don't service my area...Maricopa in AZ. They should name themselves PHOENIX REFRIGERATION instead of ARIZONA! My father uses them and lives in North Mesa. I guess they don't want to make a 20-30 min drive to make a few thousand dollars. I was looking to replace my units if need be! They must be rich!!!Oh well, I will gI've my business to someone else!

Carlos is a great tech. He takes his time to inspect the job. He explains what needs to be repair. I'm home is nice and cool because of Carlos. Thank you Carlos and keep cool.

Tried to get AC maintenance. They canceled on me twice and never contacted me to do a reschedule. I had to call my home warranty company to get another company scheduled because not even they could get in touch with Consolidated Mechanical. I understand being backed up, but don't accept jobs you can't do, customers have busy schedules, too. Update: They called me today to tell me they aren't doing any maintenance...a month after they were supposed to be out. Hilarious. I went with Semper Fi, which only cost me $17.50, they were out the next day. I need a new AC soon, so going to buy one from them, too.
