The service was great. When I called I spoke to Mindy and she was very pleasant and explained everything concerning my warranty and the service they provide. I was very impressed with Mindy and how informative she was. She was able to get somebody out the same day and found that they needed to replace my blower motor and do maintenance. The technician was very friendly and kept me up to date with status and issues along with pictures. Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish.

After really long extensive research of local contractors I've decided to
work with B3. It was great decision. I've received best quote on 4 ton Trane from Zeke and the next day crew of 2(Ramon and Jaime) showed up at 7am to install the unit. 3 hours later!!! project was complete. Zeke checked the whole system and everything worked like a Swiss watch. I'm so glad I went with B3 and therefore highly recommend them! I recently had an issue with my HVAC system and I called Cooling Men for assistance. The technician arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and showed me what needed to be repaired. The pricing was very reasonable and the technician was able to fix the issue on the spot. I have been using Accutemp since 2006. Pat did a consult for the overhaul of my house AC, ducting, insulation and furnace space. They all went way above and beyond. I managed to get a new roof, the insulation blown in and the duct work redone and then the electrical and new Trane unit put on, all orchestrated by them.
So in 2016 when I was facing a new home, I called them. They always do their best and my new unit has been a challenge with the coldest parts of winter. Its become man vs machine and Accutemp now is ready to assist as it seems the manufacturer design is the issue. I really appreciate their integrity and the long term employees who are like family. Its comforting to know you can trust them to make it right.

Sam showed up and quickly diagnosed my issue and provided a quick fix for free. He provided the information I needed and concisely explained the benefits and costs of getting a new one without making me feel like he was pitching me a product.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!

They are also extremely professional and show excellent AC service expertise.More details:Sam (Larson technician) appeared on time in a professional manner for yearly AC service. My AC has been acting up, and in the desert, this can be deadly. Sam executed routine maintenance and explained how one of the compressors of my 2 phase AC was not executing to specifications. Sam started troubleshooting.A few hours in, an additional technician, Victor, arrived to help in the troubleshooting. Leaving out a bunch of technical stuff that I barely understand (and I'm an engineer), Victor and Sam fixed my AC professionally. Further, there was no high pressure pitch on replacement as many AC firms do. I know I need a replacement in the future, but not now. They were honest about the options for repair, and offered a great value on my Trane AC repair.What really blew my mind, and this is just one detail of many that was super impressive:Both Sam and Victor asked for permission to use my hose. Typically firms just use my hose and leave a mess with the hose afterwards. This is just one mark of a professional, of the many attributes these two PROs showed.

ACA's service technician, Mark, did an exceptional job in diagnosing the problem with our AC unit and worked quickly & efficiently to make repairs. He was friendly, polite and very professional. Great service!

They were awesome they replaced a part on a furnace at a rental property of mine and mailed the part to the manufacturer because it was under warranty. This saved me $300 on a $525 bill. New built AC units installed by this company. Never hire them, installed duct work and system never worked correctly at all, in addition horrible service.
While AC tech that came in was awesome trying to fix original installers poor job, company manager and owners do not care and have no pride in what company delivers

I have had the pleasure of using Bill Worlock and his technicians at Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating for over ten years. There is a reason I have used Worlock AC & Heating that long. They do a great job! They act as fast as possible, they explain issues well, and they charge fair prices. I have also used Worlock AC & Heating twice (two homes) for new installs of HVAC units. Both times Bill's bids were lower than the others received and they did a phenomenal job on the install. I have never had an issue or problem with the services they provide. Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.
