I spoke to Erica about my AC early on the morning she was awesome she took my information said she would call me by 7 with an ETA she called a few minutes before letting me know the tech would arrive about 8 am.. Erica was friendly courtesy and professional. Thank you Erica I appreciate you.

The tech (Rhett) arrived at about 8 started work right away. He fixed what needed fixed did not try to sell me additional work. He went out of his way to explain everything he had done. I asked for a new thermostat he put one in with no question showed how to program it. Very professional. Went above and beyond to ensure my AC was in good working order.

I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. It was super easy to setup an appointment and our tech showed up on-time was very informative and friendly. We would for sure call them again with any issues!

The tech came out today to take a look at my AC unit. I lived in a condo where I can't see my unit but noticed some water dripping from the roof. They were not just on time, they were a little early which helped free up the rest of my day. They found the system working well adn let me know afterwards that its working fine. which was a positive gesture. highly recommended.
