At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. Hours later he tells me that there's something wrong with the air handler and the area is flooded. He told me that he knows someone that he can refer me to that fixes this type of problems.

I am just glad he referred me to these guys with experience! Brandon and Cesar would take this task off my hands and update me from start to finish with the progress. All I needed to do was to file the claim through the insurance and they would take care of the rest. I am also glad that everything was done electronically alas 21st century.

Our home inspector discovered a water line leak that had flooded our 6,000 sq ft home. Within 30 minutes of discovery and our call to him, Robert had cleanup people on site. He immediately pulled workers from other jobs and began water cleanup. His crew(s) worked countless hours on a huge job including working over the weekend.
Robert was a godsend. My wife and I were 1,000 miles away and in absolute shock. Robert settled our anxiety on a daily basis while answering our questions and proving us with a steady stream of information and photos. Robert was highly competent and very sympathetic.

We were very pleased with his work product and work ethic.

Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. The two men who came to our house to clean the carpeting were wonderful!I think one guy did the cleaning and the other guy was advising me what to do to make the carpet cleaning last longer and gave me tips on how to get spots out of our carpet between cleanings! The carpet looked sooo clean and dried nicely! I would give these two guys 5 stars *****for a job well done!

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
