Best Water Main Repair in Phoenix AZ

Ben and his team are great. They did an awesome job with my yard and making sure my water system was running correctly. Ben is also very responsive and flexible with any requests you may have regarding any landscaping inquiries. I definitely would recommend BJ’s landscaping to anyone looking for good quality work and great customer service!

They advertise same day quotes, took almost a week to get a clear price. The price was way too expensive. In that week I got a quote from 2 other landscapers and they were a fraction of what AMS came back with. Bi-weekly with the other landscapers were $70 and for the same service at AMS they quoted me $190 for Bi-Weekly service. Too EXPENSIVE!

In regards to the review saying one their drivers hit a car in the Frys parking lot and left the scene, I am the owner of the car which was hit. However, the owner of Goodman's was very cooperative in paying me for all the damages to my car and paid me quickly, within just a couple days. He seemed very honest and was only interested in making things right by me, which he certainly did. That's the type of honesty and integrity that I would look for when doing business with someone.

Seems to be some major communication and pricing issues with Sergio’s. The first time we had them, they did two tree-trimmings, removed a dead plant at the roots, cleaned up/trimmed eight bushes, did some light weeding, and blew out the front and back yard. $180

They came back for a maintenance visit, were supposed to weed, trim four bushes, and blow out the front and back. $150. They also DESTROYED our three plants in the front by over-cutting. Clean up is fine, but they clearly didn’t adhere to what we asked for and seriously overcharged as compared to other lawn companies in the area.

Finally, they showed up without any confirmation or response as to when they would be coming. It was Friday morning, and we were waking out the door to go to work… Value, Responsiveness, and Communication on what we want/need is NOT there. I’ll likely be getting flagged by my HOA, because they destroyed my plants in the front yard… go somewhere else.

We hired Desert Garden Lawn Care to do monthly service for our property. David always reaches out a day or so in advance to let us know he's coming. They show up when they say they are going to and do a FANTASTIC job. Our yard looks so tidy and clean after!! We are so glad we found them. If you are looking for a reliable yard service, give them a call!

I contacted Todd and asked him if he could take a look at my Red Pistache because it was dying and drying out. I sent him a few pictures and he was able to identify what I was doing wrong, and how I could go about fixing it. He was honest, precessional, courteous and helpful. Thank you for being awesome Todd!

Extremely lacking in professionalism, listening to community needs and concerns, and follow-through. Would not hire.
