Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and on time. I had a water leak in my home and Servpro of NW Phoenix was out to my home before too much damage was done. They quickly extracted all of the water. The team was very polite, efficient and hard working.

We had some water damage after the last big storm. Servpro came out and took care of everything, cleaning up the water and checking for mold (there wasn't any). They responded quickly and were very professional. They were great!!!

The team of Caleb and Jose were great. They acted quickly to set up there equipment to check for asbestos, and also keep the room dry. They were really polite in answering all my questions, and there were a lot. They called me back when they said they would. Their professionalism and politeness were outstanding. DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

We were unfortunate on two different occasions that pipes burst and flooded parts of our house, and one of them happening on New Years Day. Both cases, Arizona Construction & Restoration were called out to respond to our water damage. They showed up when they said they would be there, and they completed to job on the time line they gave us. This was Key to the whole mess...They have an amazing team and they have my business if ever needed again...Thank you ACR

If your looking to get taken advantage of then call EHS, the most unethical contractor I've ever worked with. It's sad to see they are in business still.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

We have used then twice for water damage. Once in our old house, then again in the house we moved into that had some damage from the previous owners. They are really great to work with!
