My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work performed by Hector C. He spent quality time explaining how he planned to fix the damaged ceiling, walls, and moldings. He established a time that he would begin each day and arrived at exactly that time. Hector was prepared! He always brought the supplies required for each day's tasks.

He was quiet as he worked and kept us apprised of any issue he thought we should know. His final product is wonderful. Nobody would suspect the amount of damage that he erased with a very professional approach. We are very pleased.

The team of Caleb and Jose were great. They acted quickly to set up there equipment to check for asbestos, and also keep the room dry. They were really polite in answering all my questions, and there were a lot. They called me back when they said they would. Their professionalism and politeness were outstanding. These guys arrived in our house like we called an ambulance and immediately tackled or flood problem making sure the water was contained and keeping the damage to a minimum. We were initially hesitant to them removing our flooring but they assured us there was water underneath. And there it was. They were very professional, respectful, and even educated us in their processes. They also arrived on-time every day as scheduled, making sure our house was bone-dry, all of the damaged flooring and debris was removed and hauled, and we were 100% satisfied. Our insurance adjuster was very pleased with their performance and also mentioned he is consistently satisfied with the quality of their work!

Eric and his team made a bad situation into positive results. We were unable to go to Arizona when our hot water tank exploded in our park model home. Eric informed us that he could take care of the situation. He helped us find a company to replace the hot water tank. He took care of the restoration and kept us informed every step of the way. WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service.
