I do not recommend this contractor. They did carpeting for Nationwide and we have a dispute over the thickness of the carpet and now learn that the sample that was taken to test was discarded. The woman Tara was condescending and unprofessional when we tried to reach a resolution. The flooring company was A All-Rite Floor Covering.

ASAP Restoration just recently completed a project in our house for water damage and mold. First response from Josh (owner) was within hours of my first call. That same afternoon he had arranged for a subcontractor to perform mold tests. Work was started the next day after we got the mold test results. Personal follow up by Josh was outstanding. Work crew as polite, professional and their quality of work was outstanding. I would definitely recommend ASAP Restoration.

I was referred by a friend to Bright Home for some water damage drywall repair. We needed it done fast with a baby due any day now. Their main guy Andy is a super nice guy. Got the quote within a couple days, which actually beat out another company's price by a few hundred dollars. Parker set things up for us quickly and had a guy come out just over a week after the quote came through. We were happy with the timeframe especially after waiting for months for our HOA to fix the exterior. Service and quality was great. I'd definitely use Bright Home again.

We had extreme water damage in our vacation home. Not being close by, we had to trust the restoration company which was on site. PuroClean Scottsdale did an amazing job getting our place ready for repair. They were great communicators and kept us informed throughout the process. PuroClean was definitely the highlight in an unfortunate situation.

I recently had my carpet cleaned by COIT. This was the first time having COIT clean our carpets. They did a great job of spot treating and the carpet looks great. I will recommend them to all my friends. Thank you COIT.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I used Kamil to clean our carpets a bit ago and he worked very hard and did a GREAT job. I'll be using him again for sure!

I REALLY hate to leave another business a negative review.... but this one is warranted. In November I called and asked them if they were comfortable cleaning hand made rugs .... and was told unequivocally that they do it all the time. So I brought my $4000 rug to their office and asked if there were any chance I could get it back before moving into my new home Dec 1. ( Got the rug back closer to Jan 1 and the rug is RUINED. The owner Rich indicated that they had a water leak in their place of business and that my rug must have been damaged in the process. My opinion was that the rug appeared to have had a cleaning ATTEMPTED and once colors started bleeding and such...they gave up. The owner Rich assured me that he would take care of the situation and he would get it to his insurance adjuster and / or rug appraiser to evaluate the value and the best way to resolve the matter. So just yesterday 01/16/2014 that he doesn't think there is any damage to the rug ( despite my having another Professional rug dealer inspect and clearly state the rug had been damaged through incorrect cleaning process ). He then proceeded to tell me he intends to do NOTHING about the rug. This is the same guy who looked me in the eye and swore up and down he was going to resolve the matter to my satisfaction and definitely wanted to take good care of me. Small claims is in this guys near future and I would caution anyone to not trust a word they say as I was blatantly LIED TO from the owner of this company ( RICH ). Integrity trickles down from the top so I wouldn't trust anyone there.

Brian and James were awesome. From setting a convenient time to determining price they were professional and aiming to please. They showed up on time and worked efficiently. Our carpet was extremely soiled with pet stains and smelled pretty bad. They cleaned 5 rooms in a little over an hour and it looked and smelled amazing. They did there best to work efficiently while not disturbing the household. When they were done they were patient and easily walked me through the online payment process on my phone! I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a quality carpet cleaning!!!

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
