I have had the privilege of working with Tom and Alicia on several water damage jobs. Our insurance company recommended Jenkins Restoration after our roof leaked causing water damage in our house. David Bittner is the project manager and has been wonderful! The first time our roof leaked it seemed dry before anyone came out but then it leaked again and David came out right away and checked it himself. He also helped me find a great roofer as I was getting nowhere fast trying to find someone myself. He's been just wonderful to work with and all of his recommendations have been amazing people!!

My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.

Came out to assess on holiday. The work EHS did directly was top notch. A few issues surfaced with some of the subcontractors that they used, but EHS worked to fix those and I was overall satisfied with outcome.

Nathan was very helpful when I had a concern about possible mold in my house. He sent Houston to inspect the concerning areas, and Houston was extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. He gave me great advice and peace of mind regarding the issue, which did not appear to be mold. All of this advice was given during a free estimate. Based on this experience I would highly recommend this team and this company. If we have a mold issue in the future, or just consider remodeling our house in the future, we will absolutely reach out to this company to try and work with them.

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.
