This company has terrible customer service. Nearly 3 months later after a hot water pipe repair I still can't use my kitchen. I am washing dishes outside with the garden hose. They don't return phone calls, and then when I hear from them they say they are busy and short staffed. I need the counter tops put in and my sink & dishwasher and they are too busy to finish.
They started this small job on March 12 and just don't seem to give a damn about finishing it....This is a very BAD WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS leaving a customer high and dry,

1 800 Water Damage responds within 90 minutes and will give a free estimate. They're a local family-owned company that won't tell you that you need more work done than what you really need. Fair, honest, profession and just plain good at what they do.

Everette was very knowledgeable on using the right procedure and equipment to dry out my flooring that was damage due to water damage. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. A very nice guy who know how to do a great job. Thank you Everette.

Michael and his crew were great following a major water leak from our water heater. The crew was onsite within 2 hours of the leak happening and were quick to get things dried out. Great experience overall.

We are buying a house that had some water damage. Another competitor restoration company promised to send someone out to look at it for us. Three days later, they had not, and we had very little time left on our inspection period.

AM/PM very kindly agreed to make some time in their schedule---right after heavy rains when they were busy---to send someone out on short notice. Really appreciate their willingness to work on a tight timeline and help us out.

Square One Restoration is legit. I met Ryan on New Year’s Eve when I had a sudden leak under my kitchen sink. He personally came promptly and started the recovery hours before New Year’s Eve. He is knowledgeable about the industry, he is professional and patient; even though I asked him the same questions a million times, he didn’t mind re-explaining in a way that I could understand. Insurance litigation process has so many micro-details. He helped me follow up on my 2 insurance claims through the months of multiple emails and readjustments because I had almost given hope while waiting. I was never worried about who was coming to my house as his crew is just as professional and he updated me accordingly. My kitchen looks better than I could have ever imagined. I ended up updating a few things around the house with his expertise, as I realized early on that his recommendations were way better than my limited thinking. He’s the kind of guy who does the right thing, even when no one is watching. There’s no job that’s “hard” for his team. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring Square One Restoration for future upgrades or renovations.

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

They are definitely a vendor you can trust in completing the project from beginning to end. They also provided us with a free estimate for the repairs prior to the work being approved to be completed. I would definitely recommend.
