This is a class operation. Specifically, Jake and Christian whom handled the tear-down and clean up of our wet floors. If i could give them 10 stars,I would. Ripping up wet floors from a concrete slab, mitigating mildew and air borne spores is a huge undertaking. But all was handled by these two pros with aplomb and care for their customer. Highly recommend Service Master Restoration here in the Valley.

After a fire sprinkler pipe broke in my garage, Cesar B was assigned to hang the new drywall, paint, and put up the new light. I could not be more pleased with his attention to detail and how kind he was through the whole process. Cesar goes above and beyond! I hope AZ Fire knows how lucky they are to have him as an employee.

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

After my home was damaged by flood & wind, I used Jenkins Restorations to repair my home. While there were issues that arose during the process, Project Manager Matthew Rosenbaum, stepped in and made sure everything was completed to my upmost satisfaction. His kindness and understanding, along with his competence and skill insured my home would be restored and all damages repaired with quality and concern.

Do not use Jeff Jackson HR and owner of all care restoration located at peoria location. They mess with my home loan application lender denied my home loan because they wanted to retaliate against there former employee and didn’t want to send a voe. Katherine ely is an awful person how she treats ppl and doesn’t care about what pettiness and holding grudges can cause. I can’t wait to mention the united states department of labor has to say. Service master corporate and nice fat law suit for affecting my life and my children lives. Shame on them for being a grown adults and owning there own service master franchise. They really give Service Master a bad name and reputation

Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water dry out the affected areas, and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. Pedro was especially conscientious and a highly skilled worker. I would recommend Go To Services for any building maintenance repairs or tenant improvement needs you may have. I have had the best experience with this company. I had been living in my apartment for only 2 1/2 months and I became very ill. I noticed a mildew smell coming in badly, and I called ASAP restoration and was given advice of what to do and useful information. ASAP restoration had referred me to a company to come out and do mold testing within 24hrs. Come to find out there had been mold in the walls and was not properly fixed from previous water damage. I am so thankful to have made that call when I did, it was inhabitable environment to continue to live in with myself and children. I am definitely going to keep them for future reference and will recommend them to anyone in need! I had a water leak from the dishwasher. It flooded most of the house while I was gone. 911 Restoration came in and cleaned up everything. They walked us through everything and helped us figure out what to do moving forward. I highly recommend this amazing company! Thank you!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.
