Jeff, Charles and Brandon showed up on time and went above and beyond helping us sort out a flood in our bathroom. Very knowledgeable and professional would recommend for any problem that may occur!!!

I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

Jenkins Restorations was contracted by my insurance agency to help me with re-build my kitchen after flood damage from a leak. Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. Awesome service! A quick, reliable and professional job from Eric and Cameron! A phenomenal father & son team. They took care of all our water damage/mold issues and were a joy to deal with! Highly recommend!

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Had to call EHS for water damaged caused by my refrigerator. It was a mess and stressful. Thankfully Brittany was there to walk us through it all. She was patient and great at explaining everything so we could understand what was going on. All the work that was done was perfect and looked amazing, just like the damage never happened. After a pipe burst behind the wall in our shower, we had 2 flooded bathrooms & some water damage in an adjoining hall. Valley Restoration was recommended as a company that could handle all the phases of repair. Our project manager, Miguel, was great at working with us & advising us on the job at hand. Leo who was knowledgeable & adept at all kinds of repair work did a great job on rebuilding both bathrooms! We were very happy with the work that was done! When our upstairs flooding Slate restoration was there within the hour to start the clean up. They were professional, efficient, and communicated through the entire process. Great company!

As a first time flood experience I would say mine sucked. 40 days in a new home and the in home fire suppression system blew up on one sprinkler head. Not sure what to do I called Thomas Restoration. They showed up and were top notch across the board. We were in a bit of shock having just gotten settled and with a child with disabilities settled is rough. I was hesitant if it was all real being so good and got an off hours call from owner Zach who offered alot of his time in that call to reassure me they are real, they know what they are doing and they want to make sure people are treated fair.
He was correct. They were across the board great. Friendly, business focused, showing evidence of everything needing to be done, answering questions of things that I had no knowledge of.
Patient through the process and patient with my family and my dog. All of us who were adjusting to our new flooded home and new life in temp hotel.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
