I cannot say enough good things about our experience with ServiceMaster. Our basement recently flooded and ServiceMaster was on-site within hours.
Charles and Jeremy were honest and up-front in their communication with us; they checked in daily, called ahead, provided timely updates, were always available for questions, and worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to.
They made a disastrous event feel manageable. If we could give 100 stars, we would.

Allen came in and fixed the issues that a previous company left behind. Our molding/trim is a little banged up, but I would recommend COIT/Allen for sure.

You cannot go wrong with ATHR. They came in the middle of the night to clean up the initial mess. Worked until 2:00 p.m. in the morning. Told us what to expect, worked with our insurance and walked us through all the steps of the process. They made us feel totally at ease. We recommend them highly.

Taking advantage of someone that is dealing with losing everything in a house fire is as low as it gets. Overcharging for a small job and ontop of that doing a poor job. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Valleywide did not follow through with their promises to provide an estimate. Every time I called in I got a different story and promises to, look into this and call back which never happened.
These guys are NOT RELIABLE.
