A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. Mitigation team was very helpful and diligent. Rowell made feel like he cared about mitigating the damage and keep me up to date with what was going on.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

Our townhouse had extensive water damage from the ceiling, through the walls and floors due to an intensive monsoon in July 2020. Our insurance company was unresponsive, so we directly engaged Dan and Concept Restoration to remove damaged drywall, ceilings and insulation. They also brought in fans to dry out the house and prevent mold. We truly appreciated their professionalism and rapid response to our emergency. In addition to the hard work, Dan provided very useful advice for dealing with our insurance company and HOA. Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite. They showed up on time, every time. They communicated immediately When something was needed by us, the insurance company or parts for the job. They kept our house functional and safe during cleanup and repairs. I definitely recommend to others. I hope we do not need such services in the future but if we do Water Fighters will be my first call

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
