I called Cesar on a Sunday. He picked up and actually stopped by an hour later to check out my project. He showed up the next day to re-drywall and re-texture an arch I had removed. He and his colleague were professional, kind, and courteous. It was a small job compared to other projects but he was responsive and took care of me and my condo. They made it look like nothing ever happened and cleaned everything up! I’m very thankful to have this done and thankful to work with honest, reliable, trustworthy people like Cesar and his crew. If he can take care of my small project , I’m sure he’ll do the same for the big projects too! Water Fighters to the rescue!

Bob Miller, project manager, headed up our restoration. After a major flood through out our home from the condo unit above us, he brought in teams of well-trained, experienced workers to complete the restoration. Lawrence, Sr. and his team was enlisted to patch, tape, and paint our walls. The holes were imperceptible upon completion. The walls were perfect, once painted. After new carpet was rolled out, the cleaning crew arrived. Six months of mold and mildew residue, construction dust, and debris from work crews disappeared. The black asphalt and tar that was tracked in on our tile and grout for the previous six months was steamed off by Frank and Greg in half a day. The results were astonishing! Frankie arranged for a textile crew to assist with curtains. Everything was well-coordinated. While the process of remediation, restoration, and renovation takes what seems to be an agonizingly long time, everyone at AZ Fire &Water was understanding, helpful, empathetic, and invested themselves in the projects. Many of them are victims of disaster loss, as well, and identify with what you're going through. Got a kick out of Judith and Jorday--they will even help you with your computer!

Unfortunately with all the monsoons I had some water damage in my home and did not know where to turn. A friend recommended 1-800-water damage and I am so glad they did. I spoke with Alicia and she was just awesome, she walked me through the process from start to finish and I felt I was in good hands and I was. They came out, took care of the problem and handled it all with the utmost of professionalism. We all hope we never have to call the water damage people and I agree but if you do have to give Alicia a call, she will take care of you!

Very professional. Enjoys helping homeowner with mitigation of the water damage. Chandler and Jakob were a pleasure to assist with the evaluation of water damage. This is the second time I have had a water issue and Jenkins came out both times.

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

The new flooring we had this company install really upgraded the look of the entire space. Their customer service has been great from start to finish as well!

Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. Cesar and his team do quality work. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project. They just finished water damage repair which included mold removal. They also did an amazing bathroom remodel, installed new flooring and are installing custom stairs. Water Fighters are great!

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.
