Best Smoke And Soot in Phoenix AZ

We had a custom entertainment wall constructed by Water Fighters. We had a concept that included a stacked stone center, with linear fireplace and mantel. Two knotty alder cabinets on the sides and floating shelves with lights. The end result was better than we expected. Cesar and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend Water Fighters, you won't be disappointed.

A few weeks ago I would have recommended AZ fire and water to everyone I know. As of today I wouldnt recommend to even my worst enemy. Very poor work done. Workers used my husbands tools and ladder with out asking. They unplugged stuff in my garage so they could plug in there phones and tablets. They didnt match the baseboards nor the casings. They were also installed poorly. Paint didn't match on walls nor ceilings, plus painting looked like it had been done by my 11 year old. I am still waiting on the carpets no call or no show so far today when they were supposed to be here around 7AM. Speaking of carpet, the padding was not installed properly therefore when you walk into the bathroom the edges of the tile slice the bottom of your foot.
The so called manager came out and went to a part of my house where there was absolutely no damage which is right outside of our 18 year old daughters bedroom where she was sleeping to look at the door casing. He did not ask if he could go over there and nor did he have a reason at all to be over there.

I feel sorry for the 2 workers that came out for 4 days to fix the 1st workers disaster. They really did a good job and do not deserve a bad review. They are probably the best of the best at AZ Fire and Water, but if not done shoddy the 1st time they wouldnt have had to come out and basically start over. Unfortunately we are beyond frustrated.

I work in the insurance business and we refer our homeowners all the time when they need restoration. We are taking our referrals elsewhere

I have had the privilege of working with Tom and Alicia on several water damage jobs. Not only are they the best at what they do, they are incredibly responsive, communicate well, and have the client's best interest at heart. If my family were experiencing water damage, 1800 Water damage would be the first and only call I would make!

Very professional. Enjoys helping homeowner with mitigation of the water damage. Chandler and Jakob were a pleasure to assist with the evaluation of water damage. This is the second time I have had a water issue and Jenkins came out both times.

The company was professional. They protected the area they were working in with plastic so it doesn’t spread dust all over. But... They tear out Sheetrock out with no regard to how it’s going to have to be fixed. Ended up costing us more to fix their “ripping” down the drywall instead of cutting out sections.

A big thank you to this company! They did such great work for me, I have to recommend them to anyone that wants a good professional fire damage cleanup done.

We were able to move into our new home due to their assistance. The attic was inspected, the ventilation was improved, and the attic was treated. Our mold problem has been resolved. They were also punctual, courteous, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

Belfor was hired by my insurance company to repair a wall that had been hit by an impaired driver. The wall had been standing for thirty years prior to the accident and looked as solid as the day it was made but for the chunks that had been knocked out by the car. Belfor employees showed up and talked a great game. Told me how they were going to fix the wall. They took down a good ten feet of wall on either side of the impact point. Charged the insurance company almost twenty grand. Less then two months latter the wall is separating at the corners. Almost a year later Belfor's solution? Paint over the problem. The wall looks far worse then the prior wall which had been hit by a car! And they want to paint over their poor workmanship.

Now that I've done some research I realize Belfor has such bad reviews I would not have independently hired them. Lesson number two, don't think insurance companies know anything about qualify contractors. Lesson number one? Stay away from Belfor.

Very fast and responsive. Took care of the our water damage after our water heater leaked into our kitchen, laundry and kids room. Walls and baseboards were swollen, carpets soaked and now everything is back to normal and looks good as new.

I called these guys in the middle of the night due to a leak that caused flooding inside my house and they responded fast! They got to my house to put things in order and quickly worked in the damage area. My insurance agent worked with them directly without any problems at all. Definitely recommend for anyone in Arizona!

Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. Very happy with my experience with integrity. They are very nice and professional and did a great job. I was super impressed how they cleaned and wiped everything down when unpacking. Lucas the guy running the crew made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and even returned some cash money that was found while they were unpacking!
