The team of Caleb and Jose were great. They acted quickly to set up there equipment to check for asbestos, and also keep the room dry. Currently working with this company after the condo complex I live in had major water damage. Only on day 3 with them and it has been a nightmare trying to get any information. Day 1 I signed their papers to do the work, was told they would be in my unit that day to pull up soaked carpet and check the walls for moisture. No one ever showed up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. Day 2 After apologizing for not showing up on Monday, (they said they thought I went with another company even though they had SIGNED paperwork from that very morning) told me they would definitely be at my unit first thing Tuesday morning. 11am Tuesday I still had not seen or heard from anyone-finally they roll in at 11:30, I have to wonder what company believes first thing in the morning is almost noon?! Day 3-Was told they would be here to remove wet drywall-guess what, nobody shows up, no phone call, no email, no communication of any kind. I call Jason at 3pm he says he will call me back in 15 minutes. Big surprise, no call back. I call again at 4pm and he offers no reason for the no-show today, but assures me they will have people here at 9am tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath. Hoping day 4 goes better, but at this point I could not ever recommend this company to anyone, and I will be making sure my neighbors that are considering using them for the rebuilding process hear this story. I understand if they are short of staff and getting work done may take longer, I'm fine with that. But be honest, tell me you can't make it today, tell me we need to schedule it for another time. Constantly being told lies, or simply not communicated with at all is not a very good start, apparently they are not too concerned about repeat clientele. I'll be happy to update this review should they decide to rectify this situation.

After a tree fell on our roof during a rain storm, we contacted PuroClean to dry us out. They showed up at daylight and immediately began working. Much to our satisfaction, they had everything dry within a few days. The workers were courteous. They were also careful and very organized. Thanks to their quick response, the damage to the inside of our home was very minimal. Thank you PuroClean!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

EHS was referred to me by my insurance company to handle an issue with the water supply hose in the master bathroom that burst and ruined the carpet in the master bedroom, the vanity area and the master closet. Their project manager Marissa was delightful to work with and the office personnel were great especially Kajlie who had to put up with my endless questions since I had never experienced this type of problem before. I had an issue with the insurance adjuster low balling the cost of the replacement carpet and Kajlie had a solution that turned out in my favor. Everyone I dealt from EHS with was prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my existing furniture that had to be moved out so new carpet could be laid then put back. I had a pier unit that was a challenge to move but Jamie was great in getting it disassembled then put back together. Marissa had a challenge in matching the grout in the bathroom and when we thought we had a match, when it was beginning to be installed, Jamie quickly realized it wasn't a match at all. Marissa then got back to the insurance adjuster quickly to let him know the tile would need to be replaced too. Once approval was received Marissa found me a tile she thought would look good, found it in town and available and it was installed a couple of days before Christmas. Needless to say I'm very happy with my experience with all facets of EHS Restoration. I would highly recommend them!
