At the house of where a tenant was living, the ceiling started leaking water and I sent in a handyman to look at it. 9 out of 10 because of the delay in work between drywall work completion to the remainder of the tile and carpet work, which took nearly 2 months to progress. Despite some unforeseen delays because of asbestos testing he was able to complete our project in a timely manner. Great prices, great dude 10/10 would use again.
