Arizona Fire & Water Restoration came out after a late night break-in at my home and got my window boarded up and shattered glass cleaned up as well as possible inside the room and outside on the patio. Had to do my first insurance claim for a water leak that was coming from HVAC and leaking through my guest bathroom ceiling(yikes). Did a google search for water mitigation company in Scottsdale and was amazed with all the positive reviews for ASAP.

Josh did an excellent job of walking me through the process and letting me know what to expect. I was really impressed with Josh's customer service, which seems to be rare these days. Once Josh's team started the work, I was blown away on how great of a job they did fixing everything. I couldn't tell where the damage started and ended, they did that well of a job.

These guys are really busy and I was a little nervous when Josh said he could be there for a few days. I was wondering if the level of customer service would drop, but it didn't. George took time to explain to me what was going on and was in constant communication with me. I felt reassured that I was in good hands.

Personally, I would like thank Josh, George, Jim and Angel for all their hard work and look forward to having them do some other projects. You guys are the best.

Would absolutely recommend Zona Restoration. From the moment Ed Middleton arrived at my home for the mitigation and demo I felt in good hands. He was thorough, educational and helpful to assist in understanding the process. Plus, he was diligent to keep my home as dust free as possible by placing plastic etc during the demo and cleaning up after. In addition, he was open to answering questions and accommodating with my schedule.
