No one ever wants to have to deal with water damage. However when you have a responsive and professional team like 1800 water damage it makes things easier. Has nothing to do with their services but I've seen their company car went fast by a school bus as kids were getting into the bus. Do you know the definition of a stop sign coming out of the bus side? News of children dying because of impatient drivers as yourself? I do not care if your boss is on your behind 5m is better than 5 to life.

I needed a quote for something quite complicated and instead of giving me a run around they gave me direction pretty immediately. The owner Josh gave me a call within a very short time of my inquiry and offered very professional and helpful information. He’s very knowledgeable! He even followed up afterwards with information we discussed, which he did not have to go out of his way. It’s so appreciated when companies (especially the owner) take the time to treat prospects like long time clients. Only gave them 5 stars because I couldn’t give them more. Terrific service from start to finish. We suffered a major pipe bursting at 5:30 pm the Friday before Christmas; two inches of water throughout the house. Within 3 hours they had a crew out to start the cleanup process. They were there until 1:30 am and back every day until all the water had been vacuumed up. They packed and stored everything in the house and continued the remediation process until the house was dry and mold free. They then brought all our possessions and unpacked them exactly where they had been-including clothing and pictures. Great work, communication, punctuality; everything you could ask for.

Zona was on-site almost immediately even on a holiday. They left a de-humidifier and came back to take moisture measurements. I'm relieved at how thorough they remedied our water damage.

For now on me and my family will always use 911 restoration for any water damage an repair in my homes.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

AZ Home Disaster Restoration has a very reliable team in the water damage restoration sector. I would use them for any of their services.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.
