We had a water leak in the kitchen and our plumber referred us to Dan at Restore Masters. After looking at what needed to be done we opted to reconfigure the kitchen and get new cabinets, counters, etc. Dan was very responsive and helped with all our decisions. His sub contractors are very skilled and professional and we love the way our kitchen turned out. Dan was very helpful in working with our insurance company as well. Additionally, during the remediation phase they hooked up a temporary sink so we could use our kitchen while waiting on cabinets, insurance approval etc. I was a little scattered in the beginning about what I wanted to do but Dan rolled with my thoughts and ideas and the final project looks amazing.

This is a company that does some efficient and professional work, if you need mold removal done you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not giving them a call.

They are always there to help and in my opinion they are the best service master franchise in Arizona.

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

I highly recommend this company in any clean-up situation, whether it is water or fire. The staff is highly knowledgeable and has an awesome work experience.

Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. Called in to get a quote and Thomas was very honest with me and clearly had my best intrest in mind I had a very small project and while they where happy to help they where able to refer me to a contractor better suited for smaller projects to keep my cost down. Acuity Builders painted our house. I am known to be pretty picky about quality workmanship. Not only did they do a great job, but they did a total clean up and you would not have even known they had been there. The best is for last. Acuity bidders were the low bidder... I love saving money

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
