Doan Restoration appeared at a very difficult time for me. My house had suddenly flooded by an overhead fire sprinkler. The whole team has been very professional, and courteous. Wes helped me by recommending content removers, a contractor, and art restorers as well. He was very knowledgeable and has good connections and experience. He was familiar with my insurance adjuster as well. Michael and his team were
doing a good job and keeping the house and walkways clean.

They came right away to take our water damage right away it was great but 3 months with no floor and they brok our patio door. We asked them everyweek if they could fix it never did anything . poor communication. I would never recommend that we had to hire a different company and they move way faster

We had an issue with our washing machine hose being misplaced and had flooding throughout a good portion of our house. David came over within 24 hours, assessed the situation, provided knowledge, courtesy and help rectifying the situation with installing industrial fans. He also walked us through the process of how to detect moisture in the walls. Instructed us on the machines that he was using and how they worked. We appreciated the quick response and the professionalism. If we ever have an issue again we will definitely use Jenkins Restorations.

I needed a flooring job done quickly, I was really fortunate to have found this company who were able to accommodate me. They truly delivered beyond expectations, working with them was a delight and I can recommend them.

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

Called Bright Homs Construction, LLC one night around 9PM after experiencing a flood in our master bath. They were very responsive and come right out and started to dry out the areas, They were very helpful in getting our insurance claim filed and to make sure we received the. amount we needed from the insurance company to complete our job. They did some trim work to replace baseboards and door facings and repaired places damaged on our walls.

The folks at Zona Restoration are top notch. We were absolutely taken care of at every turn. We had a mold issue that was caused by a roof leek. It was in a bedroom of our Father's House. Jason came over accessed the room and from then on, no worries He made it as easy for us as possible. I think the hardest job he gave me was opening the door, :).

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service.
